Unity In the Body of Christ by Jennifer Alden

In a world where it appears that darkness prevails, we must do our best to stay in the light.

With so much wrong in this world, there are many who are losing hope. Marriages are ending; families are being torn apart. There's a separation of the church taking place like never before, and all purposed by the enemy to divide.

God has brought me through somehting that mere words cannot explain. It was a season in my life, when a decision had to be made as to where I stood. I have written several books in an effort to share my heart. My work through this ministry was only purposed to help bring us together for more fellowship, more praise and worship, and all for the body of Christ.

Do you know how many times I've wanted to quit?

There have been countless attacks against this ministry over the years. My heart is for unity and I imagine that is why the enemy is so intent on trying to destroy it.

God is reaching out to each and every one of us, to not give up. He is calling us to gather, together, in His name, and with this joy and music.

Where two or three are gathered...

There is a way; a true way. The same light that is guiding me out of the wilderness, is also shining for you.

You see, where there's rest and proper healing, there will be more peace. The enemy purposes to remind us of our suffering to, instead, keep us locked away in bondage.

In these more difficult times, we will find more strength in numbers.

When we gather in His name, praising and worshipping Him...He is here among us.

We Stand for Them by Jennifer Alden

This ministry began with We Stand for Them. This was the beginning of what I knew to be God touching my heart in being proactive for the rights of women and children: child abuse, spousal abuse, human trafficking, as well as prison ministry. I believe, as part of this change taking place in me, the Lord said, "Now, go write your heart out!"

It was in 2013, when I believe the Lord led me to Psalm 95:1 and in understanding the importance of the call to gather and celebrate, together, in His name. We had our first gathering in late 2013 and then our first concert event, exactly one year later. After having celebrated my own gatherings for more than four years now, as well as gathering with many others, I do believe this is what we, as followers of Christ, are called to do, and this is, indeed, still my heart for this ministry.

It was in November of 2014, after our first concert event that I was given an opportunity to develop a radio show on the inspirational Tampa Bay network, WTIS. I respectfully declined, after which the station owner simply stated, "Pray about this and let me know in the morning." The next morning, I awoke and on my heart was this ministry, One Jam Nation. There is a purpose for its name, and it is not about me. It is for all of His children, as we gather in the name of our Lord, Jesus, with "Joy And Music" at concert events, as well as on the airwaves.

At that moment in time, I knew exactly what I was supposed to do.

The Lord continues to bring to my remembrance what He had spoken to me in November of 2013, and in giving me the dream that I shared with the team in May of 2014. This show is a divine call to the body of Christ. It is a ministry for me and one that I have taken quite seriously.

Ephesians 4:16 is at work, in and through us!

I cannot begin to encourage you enough in saying, take that leap of faith, trust God for what He has called you to do. There is a call that He has placed on each one of our lives, as each one is vitally important in our future gatherings, yet to come.

It is a coming together, as we stand together, in following His lead...home.
